Spicy Peanut Sauce (Dip and Dressing)
Okay, I know this isn’t a recipe harvested from the garden, but it makes the perfect dip and dressing for so many Farm-to-Table meals. I especially like it as a cold spring roll dip.
It freezes perfectly, so it’s worth having on hand for those quick Farm-to-Table meals like salads and wraps that need a convenient, delicious addition. It’s a must-make. Your future self will thank you!
Tip: Refrigerating and freezing will thicken the dressing/dip, so add more or less water accordingly, based on your preference.
