Balsamic Roasted Cabbage Steaks
I wasn’t a red cabbage lover until a couple of years ago. Growing up, everything we cooked with red cabbage stunk up the house, and I wasn’t a fan of the texture either. Then a friend introduced me to using it in salads and veggie rolls, and I fell in love. Recently, I wanted to try cooking it with heat in a way I would actually enjoy. Looking around, I found this recipe and fell in love again. If you’re like me and haven’t always been a fan of red cabbage, this recipe is for you!
Tip: If you want a little kick in your glaze, do like I do and add a little chili powder.
