Potato Leek Soup
With Soup Season here I decide to explore some new recipes. I came across Leek and Potato Soup, and I honestly cant believe I haven’t tried it before! I’m harvesting my potatoes and leeks right now, so coming across this recipe was perfect timing.
I’m a soup lover and adore leeks. I usually use them for roasting, Stir Fry, or in place of scallions in recipe’s for a softer taste, but I couldn’t believe I hadn’t used them in one of their most popular ways. Soup! I’ve tried multiple recipes and this one is my absolutely favorite. I hope you enjoy!
