Butternut Squash Soup
Soup Season is here!!! I am all for it! And it’s here just in time for my Butternut Squash harvest. While asking friends and family how they like their Butternuts cooked and served they all said soup. And believe it or not, I have never made it or EVEN eaten it. I felt left out so I gave it ago with multiple recipes until I found one that I really loved.
Thankfully I had zero issues with squash bugs this year (partly due to crop rotation), so it was such an easy growing season for these guys and they produced HUGE Squashes. Sooooo Butternut Squash processing has begun and I’m starting off with my new favorite Butternut Squash soup recipe. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
