Cranberry Hot Pepper Jelly
I recently made this Jelly with my Mother-In-Law to top Baked Brie for a Thanksgiving appetizer and it lasted less than 10 minutes. We ran out so quickly that we had to make a second batch! And the Cranberry’s were a great twist to replace the traditional Cranberry Sauce at our Holiday table.
You can also can make it shelf stable by Water Bath canning. It’s only 6 ingredients, 15 minutes to cook, 12 minutes to Water Bath Can and Voila! Shelf stable Jelly that when added atop 10 minute baked brie can make a restaurant quality appetizer that is sure to impress!
