Lemon Balm Honey

This infused honey is my number one go-to for sweetening up summer iced tea. The earthy tones and gentle plant based sweetener creates a depth of flavor to ordinary tea. Once you plant Lemon Balm in your garden you will never want to go without it!

Tip: Lemon Balm plants can become invasive if you don’t keep them in check or have the room for them to spread, so sometimes growing them in a container is the best option.
